Blargh. I have worked in health care too long not to be a bit grossed out by the naked bicyclists. I mean...
"Hey, my car broke down. I need a ride."
"Oh, would you like to borrow my bike?"
"....oh God no.  NO.  no no no no no.  Please god, no. I'm just not into fecal coliform... I'll pogo-stick, thanks."
Garsh, I guess that makes me a prude?
But, YUCK, there, I said it. 
Call me what you like... but MY bike seat is sanitized for your protection...
