yeah, my TT has been out of comission a long time. All I need is a new needle which will only cost $25, but it seems I always have another use for $25. I am getting an extra fat paycheck in august, though, and my kids really want me to get a needle because I have Ramones records that they've never heard and both my boys like the Ramones. So August first or there abouts, I will be getting a needle and will hook up my TT. I've kept the records I wanted to keep, but the ones I replaced w/ CDs I either sold or just gave away. There are some that I've replaced w/ CD but am keeping on vinyl as well. This includes some Beatles and the Who among some of the punk stuff...Clash, Sex Pistols and Ramones. The fact that my kids are interested, though, is a real incentive. It's good for their education. They're both learning to play guitar and Colin, my 18-year-old can churn out Clash and Sex Pistols and Green Day chords quite masterfully. The younger one (14) has learned to pick
out V
ideo Killed the Radio Star. So not bad!
