LOL - I think the term you meant to use was "ousted."  I had to look  it up 
to make sure it was a proper word and not just bad grammar from my  youth!
 
oust (oust)  
tr.v. oust·ed, oust·ing, ousts  
1. To eject from a position or place; force out: "the American Revolution, 
which ousted the English"  Virginia S. Eifert.
2. To take the place of, especially by force;  supplant. See Synonyms at
