Thanks, I've downloaded both. And I think it's great that you  
uploaded uncompressed flac files- for those new to the world of bit  
torrent, flac files are cd quality and far better than MP3s.  Again  
for those new to bit torrent, a bit of etiquette- look at the total  
download and upload amounts and at the very least, leave the torrent  
open until you have uploaded as much as the download. Personally I  
leave the torrent open until at I have uploaded at least twice as  
much as the download, usually much more as I download at night and  
leave it open all night. And never upload anything that could take  
money away from the artist, for example any licensed album (not that  
this is an issue with Sparks fans- I'm sure most people on this list  
have everything on cd, including a homemade Introducing, and  
everything on vinyl too). Regarding these particular downloads, I'm  
sure the BBC has no intention of releasing them and Sparks don't own  
the tapes, so nobody is hurt, but Sparks fans win.
My favourite quote regarding 'bootleg' tapes comes from Chris Carter  
of Throbbing Gristle: "We don't care if you bootleg our live shows as  
long as the quality is high and you send us two copies."  Then again,  
Throbbing Gristle recorded and released every live show they played  
aside from one (LA, 1981- I have a tape of it).

ps Most of us have cds of Introducing and the Halfnelson demos, but  
I'm sure we'd all buy official releases- hint hint.
