JHymn is/was a Java application that can remove the Apple DRM protection from M4P files. I don't know if it's still being updated.

very true - reason why I normally never buy from itunes - would rather buy a 
CD and rip it meself - or find a totally legal Russian site :)

But what on earth is JHymn?
