  Speaking of impressed or not impressed, my employer would be none too impressed if I went into an interview or meeting with a guest and had not bothered to do 6 minutes of homework by familiarizing myself with that guest's most recent work which said guest came to discuss with me.  To wit, that's an incredibly lame excuse and smacks of  utmost unprofessionalism.  What's more, they seem to feel no shame for it.  Nice work, BBC!
