[Mael-list] How to capture from YouTube?

Now that we've tried both
  http://www.benjaminstrahs.com/itube.php
  and
  http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php
  we realized that unfortunately the quality
  (picture + sound) is *much* worse than "live" via YouTube.
   
  Does anyone know a better alternative?
