[Mael-list] How to capture from YouTube?

I haven't tried these yet, but the first one [benjaminstrahs.com] says it
converts the file. So yeah, depending on how its converted, you might get
worse quality...
I'm not sure if the 2nd link does the same or not.
This is what I use: http://video.qooqle.jp/dl/
This one just downloads the original file, which is FlashVideo format (.flv)
- so all you'd need then is a video player that plays flv files. I'm on a
Mac, and watch flv files using VLC (version 0.8.1). This older version of
VLC plays flv files. For some reason they took away this ability to view
flv files in later releases...
And if I want to convert an FLV file to another format, I use VisualHub.
These are apps for Mac - so I'm sure there's a ton for PCs...
Then again, you're at the mercy of the original's low quality to begin
with...
