Sparks rewriting the rules regarding a concert.  I wonder if that means
they'll do something never done before in a concert setting?  Or maybe this
simply refers to the way the tickets will be sold/distributed (maybe not via
ticketmaster).

I don't know - that could be referring to any number of things - and if its
something astounding, then my guess would probably be wrong.

Maybe the gigs will be under water?  Maybe they'll be playing inside
Disneyland's Space Mountain with the audience in the rockets, roaring by the
band?  (of course that would limit the audience and the amount of time
they'd be able to see the show)
