[Mael-list] Need some Sparks CD?

I am neither criminal nor a louse. Or like you, an ignorant buffoon.

As I mentioned earlier, I have already bought EVERY vinyl album and then
bought them again on CD. What I don’t have are these rare tracks. I would if
they had been released.

I have also bought every single I have been able to find, joined the Sparks
fan club, been to see them live 5 times, and purchased official merchandise.
In many cases, I have bought compilations even though I already own all the
tracks.

I have already contributed quite well to Ron and Russell’s income – what
about you?

Now get lost and take your offensive and ill-judged comments with you.

Yup – 1Mb/s is the best speed I can get in my area – which is pathetic!

It says I have another 4 days to go (although it peaked at 25 days a few
minutes ago!!!)

Yes the work 100%.

VLC will play them, but you will have to wait for the WHOLE torrent to
finish....

(you must have a slow internet connection....  )

OK – Thanks.

Have started downloading it (BUT – I also have 99% of it already on vinyl
and CDs so I am NOT stealing it!) but Windows Media Player and Winamp are
having problems playing the files (WMP doesn’t recognise mp3 files (!!) or
the codec used to compress the files and Winamp just doesn’t do anything.)

I have also tried VLC player which played ½ of Beaver O’Lindy (great to hear
that again!) before stopping.

Q: Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone managed to successfully download
these and play them OK? OR – do I need to wait until the WHOLE torrent has
finished downloading in approximately 5 days time (!) before I can play
them?

You can open the torrent without hazard and see what’s listed for yourself;
it’s pretty comprehensively all the studio albums plus French Pineapple,
Heaven and Hell etc
