[Mael-list] Empire of Fun

I don't recall seeing this on the list before.
   
  Dave Kendrick has a project called Empire of Fun www.empireoffun.com  The singer, Steve Summers, is in another band, E*I*E*I*O*, which is actually how I discovered them.  
   
  A friend was telling me about a side project of Steve Summers and mentioned Dave Kendrick was also in the band. 
   
  I stopped him and said, "Dave Kendrick that was in Sparks?"
   
  "Ohhhh, you like Sparks?  Then you'll like Empire of Fun.  They're weird.  Very quirky & weird, but in a really great way."
   
  They have a 'box set' that was released as a clear vinyl 45 single - with 3 CD's of bonus material.  Nice.
