No, less than you might think.  I've been to London many times, travelled the Tube.  And, sadly, lost an acquaintance to an attack (she died in the 2005 Tube bombings).  But the larger point is a good one -- travel and don't fret.  Life by default is a risk, but it's a risk worth taking once you're in it.  :-)
