Wow!



But seriously from my side, I found the old IRA days much more scary,
because we were under constant attack, and the big bombs sounded like
trees falling - I remember sitting at breakfast and hearing one go off
(it was the Moorgate bomb).  And some of the stories were very sad, like
the twin sisters in one of the last City bombs, where one little girl
had just got out of a car and was blown to pieces, the other girl stayed
in the car and was fine, apart from having her sister blown up in front
of her.  The Islamic terror isn't a constant presence with constant
bombs and death like the IRA was.
