I was going to suggest the pub upstairs from the venue, I went there on Sunday for lunch and it pretty reasonable, relaxed atmosphere. 

I'll probably be there Sundays/Wednesday afternoons as the kick out time in B&B's and hotels are early and I can lounge on the sofa.
