[Mael-list] Amazon pre-order delayed?

I received the same message.  I got so mad that I looked for UK websites that had the CD, and annoyingly enough Amazon UK had the best price I found.

I ordered it, and it was dispatched the following day.  The website estimated I should have it by the end of next week.  I've ordered from the UK Amazon a few times before, and it usually arrives well before their ETA.

I cancelled my Amazon US order & had a huge rant in the area when you can alert them the reason for your cancellation.

Obviously, for some reason Amazon didn't get enough copies to cover the pre-orders - or they didn't receive any copies of ECOTD.  

Argh.
