[Musicdept-talk] Volunteer Hours

Before the last quarter was out, Deanne made a statement to me that all
the volunteers who get the "10+" hours like genre assistants have to
report all hours in order to have them in the books. I have never reported
any hours because of the special "10+" hours that we recieve. Deanne
stated that Keven Stockdale had brought it up to her attention of us not
reporting any hours.

I do my duties as the World Genre Assitant and I have never turned in any
hours for anything above and beyond that I do like, passing out KUCI
scheduled, my shows propaganda, going out to clubs to hand out my shows
little business cards, booths at the night clubs, volunteering to be on
event committees for festivals in exchange for booth space and/or
recognition on all festival propoganda and so on.

I have not seen any email memo on this subject so I have to assume that
the statement was just a passing thought by Keven and Deanne. If genre
assistants do have to report hours, let me/us know, I already have a crap
load to turn in.
