Jimmy Thackery "The Essential Jimmy Thackery" (Blind Pig Records)
 - Collection of songs taken from his recordings with Blind Pig between 1992 - 2000. Former guitarist for the Nighthawks serving up a rocking blues power trio.
Reverend Billy C. Wirtz "Sermon From Bethlehem" (Blind Pig Records)
 - Here's a new genre; blues comedy! Billy is a boogie woogie blues pianist influenced by Otis Spann and Sunnyland Slim, but combines his music with a comic's presentation and sense of humor.
