Greetings!  Here is the basic schedule/travel information for the UCRN Conference on November 18th - please distribute amongst your staff.

Please note at this time that although the specific panels have not been scheduled for particular timeslots, we are in the process of scheduling the requested topics into those times.  Also, although we have some roundtables planned already, if you have folks that would like to host a particular roundtable during lunch (I know that for example, Sports was indicated as an interest for a roundtable but we don't yet have a host for it), I'd be happy to add them to our roundtable schedule (you/they can contact me at etyron at pomona.edu).  

Also, if you know someone in the southern California area that would be appropriate for one of the panels topics listed below (especially "Life after College Radio"), please let me know.

We will be sending out an updated schedule soon.  In the meantime, please pass this information along to your staff; we'd like to get a rough head count from each station by November 10th.
