This is the first of several message I will send today about the
streaming situation.  

 

KEEP STREAMING.

 

Yesterday, SoundExchange executive director John Simson told the House
Commerce Committee that noncommercial webcasters may continue to stream
next week without fear of legal action-and may continue streaming as
long as good-faith negotiations are continuing.
