[Ucrn] 2 calls and a conference

Hi fellow UCRNers,

We've got a call for tomorrow Thursday, April 3- this one will be 
delayed until 3:30 PM due to a conflict I have in my schedule.

We'll have another call next Thursday, April 10- back at the normal 
time of 3:00 PM- in advance of our conference in Santa Barbara on 
Sat, April 12.

We will talk about localism and the conference tomorrow, and probably 
both topics again on April 10.
