[Ucrn] let's try to have a call on Localism next Thur, Feb 28 at 3 pm

Hi folks, we only had a trio of us on the call today so we did not 
get a whole lot done. With Erica's encouragement we are going to try 
to have a call next Thursday, February 28 at 3 pm to discuss filing 
comments on the proposed rulemaking on localism.

Who can make a call next Thursday at 3 pm?

If you cannot make it, please let me know of some other available 
times next Wed, Thurs or Fri (Feb 27-28-29) and hopefully we can put 
some efforts in motion.

Also, I wrote to Connie Geraghty to ask if we can get some thoughts 
on how to proceed from Dow Lohnes.
