[Ucrn] FCC Localism Initiative comment filing period extended to April 28th

All,

I had a discussion with our FCC counsel, John Crigler, today.  He informed me that he coordinated an effort to extend the filing period on the response time for the "Localism" issue, bringing together commercial and non-commercial entitites to do so.  Today, the FCC granted this request, with the Localism comment filing period now closing on April 28th.

He explained many aspects of this, and provided some strategic insights which I will share in the next conference call.
