I like the new single.  It's not the greatest Oasis song ever, but  it's very 
catchy.  What Oasis needs to gain popularity in my part of the  world (the 
US) is a catchy single like Lyla.  It might catch on, but then  again I thought 
Stop Crying Your Heart Out would catch on too.  it might  have if any stations 
had ever played it once or twice.
 
But anyway, I think the single is a good choice, and of course I'm sure the  
rest of the album will be better than just this one song.
 
But the bottom line is this:  Oasis have had 3 years to make this  album the 
best it can be.  If it isn't good, then we'll know for sure Oasis  is over the 
hill.  If some of you love it, and some of you hate it, then  it'll just mean 
for those who don't like it it's time to move on, and for those  who like it, 
it's time to move forward with Oasis because it's probably just a  sign of 
more to come.
